Epiphany Day

It was yesterday. It is my favorite part of Christmas except for the birth of Jesus. I thought of light and, the bight bright star leading the three wise men from the east all the way to Bethlehem where baby Jesus was. I love the fact that they were the last to arrive although they were "The WISE MEN". I think it makes me realize that it's alright to be the last - God loves us all the same. This story also reminds me of my favorite mentor Bill Leety's statement, "Worship is not a performance, you can make no mistake in it, God does not judge". My heart felt warmed all over feeling the love of God that runs so very deep that He should Give us His only Son. My new year is set- I am grateful to God. The dinner with Will's fellow Medical Benevolence Foundation workers and spouses was great last night as well. What a fun group of people to cook for. They made my day. God Is Good! ALL THE TIME.
