Simple surprise

I was lazy to really cook tonight.  I was also wanting to eat something really filling and not fattening tonight.  So, I brought out the chicken stock I had made 2 days ago which was in a container in the refrigerator.  The fat was hardened on top so, I could throw it out easily.  I boiled  the stock.  I cut up 1 Zucchini, 3 stalks of celery including the leaves, 2 Roma tomatoes, and 4 cloves garlic (basically whatever vegetables I found in the fridge), and boiled them in the chicken stock.  I added salt and ground pepper to taste.  I was very surprised by how good it tasted.  Perhaps eating fat less is not so bad in some dishes, after all.  I might make it again intentionally.
