Sunday afternoon

It is 4:05 P.M on Sunday, tea time to be exact. Will and I just arrived home from Church. We left our home at 8 in the morning and we are glad to be home again. What do you do on Sunday afternoon? I sat looking at the water in the little lake our home is on. It is so very calm and peaceful. There are some people on their boats floating on the water, they look like they are having a good and quiet time. I am sitting with a cup of cold left over coffee from this morning while Will is taking a nap. It's really nice to be in silent. Many people don't believe me but I am introverted and I like/need times like this. There is a Taize song ringing in my head, " In the Lord, I'll be always thankful, in the Lord I'll rejoice - look to God, do not be afraid; lift up your voices the Lord is near, lift up your voices the Lord is near." I am not really afraid of any thing right now but this song keep ringing in my head and in my heart. There must be a reason for it. Meantime it's a very good song to keep singing out loud now as I sign off.
