Life is a journey which we begin at birth. Each of us begin our journey in a particular place and time but we all travel on the road called life which is a gift from God. On this journey each day we learn something/s hopefully including some wisdom which brings us happiness, joy and peace.

Anniversary 11th
On a Sunday afternoon eleven years ago Will and I said to each other "I Do" before God and 400+ witnesses at Overbrook Presbyterian Church in Columbus, Ohio. It was a very nice day. There were many happy people laughing, eating, drinking tea etc and talking. There were many children eating chocolate cake (half the wedding cake), smearing it all over their beautiful attire running around all over the church, just the way I had requested. Their mothers' did not restrain them as I had requested them not to do so previously.
I remember the Ikebana Style arrangements of drifts woods and Orchids and roses done by one of the best master level Ikebana people Bee Sleto. They were simply elegant!
My wedding was a fun event for the community of faith and the family.
It was great.
Today Will and I went to Church, ate at Hong Kong Street Chinese restaurant in Chinatown, came home and took a nap. I had roast duck and Will had Shrimp. We shared green beans. Neither of us remember eating on our wedding day. So, we made up for it today. We had a lot of Jasmin tea with the meal. It has been very quiet all day. I now have to stay married to Will only for 57 more years. 11 years ago I promised him to be his wife for 68 years. Life goes on as it must with it's joy, happiness and challenges. We thank God that it has been all Joy today. We are hopeful for tomorrow. God's Mercy is afresh everry morning and God's love endures forever (Lamentations 3:23).
