Run, my brother in law

Two days ago, a big box arrived by over night mail sent by Run, Joshua's dad and my brother in law.  When opened we found the box to be full of "sour leaves" from Run's own garden.  My sister loves the garden so he grew it each summer with the seeds sent to him by my other sisters in Myanmar.  Run would harvest several kinds of our favorite vegetables from home every summer.

I was so excited that I made soup out of it for lunch.  With Joshua's help we freeze a few bags of them using those vacum bags.  Yesterday I cooked quite a bit of them with dried shrimp and red dried chillies and fish sauce.  Oh, that was so good!  We ate and ate and ate at dinner time.  I am drying some of it in the sun also.

How great to be loved and cared for by family!

Good is good.  All the time in deed!
