I made something new today

I made a new dish today that I never made before:  Pork Tenderloin and Taiwanese Cabbage stirred fried.  It was delicious.
First I cut the pork in small strips.  It was one pound or 2 cups.

I stirred fried the sliced shallots in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. I used Canola but I am sure any oil will taste good for this dish.

When the shallots were partly brown, I added the pork strips, stir fried it till the meal was white all around.
I added salt and ground black pepper and Oyster sauce.

Then, I put in the cabbage.  3 cups of them.  Stirring until they are all cooked.

Voila! a delicious pork with cabbage dish.  Almost as good as the "mushoo pork" I love at the Chinese restaurant.
Life is good!
