Summer Back Yard Bible Study for Adults

One of my favorite things in ministry is introducing Back Yard Bible Study to any Church I am apart of. Yesterday we kicked off Back Yard Bible Study at the back yard of Nancy Belle and Jim Smith in Frankfort, Kentucky.  Will, as their pastor, gave the background of the Psalms and taught us Psalm 100 which reads

Psalm 100

All Lands Summoned to Praise God

A Psalm of thanksgiving.
¹ Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth.
²   Worship the Lord with gladness;
   come into his presence with singing. 

³ Know that the Lord is God.
   It is he that made us, and we are his;
   we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. 

⁴ Enter his gates with thanksgiving,
   and his courts with praise.
   Give thanks to him, bless his name. 

⁵ For the Lord is good;
   his steadfast love endures for ever,
   and his faithfulness to all generations.
