Thanksgiving

It is a special one. Francis came home to us with his lovely wife, Cat, and their children Lilly 5 and Emmy 2.  Ziri came home from Purdue as well.  We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday.  As we always do we invited friends as well.  The new organist of my church, Jonathan Spivey, and family; a new youth pastor, Jeff McColley and family; and our new director of Music, Genevieve Beauchamp and her daughter,Ariane, stopped by to say hello.

Our house was full of people, joy and happiness.  I am ever thankful to God for all the blessings we received from Him.  I roasted a nearly 25 pound Turkey which tasted great. I don't know how to make corn pudding and Kim brought a delicious one.  Yoko, our new worship coordinator, made and brought a killer good squash soup.  The whole meal was fantastically tasty.  The company was even better. There were 7 children under 7.  I loved it.  They made my day.

We had pool times, eating times, outing times,  eating out south Indian food times, beach time and just lazy and rest at home times. On Sunday we went to Will's Church.  The girls were so proud of their grand father.  It was heart warming.

I will post a few pictures which tells the story better than my words.
