I cooked Apples

Yap.  I cooked apples.  There was a bag of small Gala Apples that I bought a week or so ago.  I forgot all about them and bought another bag.  So, I decided to cook the older ones.  One of my smarter choices in the kitchen.  I am so proud of my self that I am going share how I did it here on my blog,


Step 1.  Wash small Gala Apples in cold water.

Step 2.  Cut each apple in 6 pieces discarding the core and seeds. Put them in a sauce pan with 1/2 cup cold water. Bring them to a boil till you see bubbles at the bottom of the pot. Close lid. Turn heat down to medium.

 

Step 3.  Cook it stirring occationally till they look like the picture below.  Serve hot or warm.
