Result of a new challenge in the Kitchen

A while back I posted about a new challenge in the kitchen with Will's need to become a vegetarian.  The challenge became fun and the result of my efforts is priceless.  Will's heart and health in general is much imporved.  He even lost weight and looks better already.  The proof is below.  I thank God for our doctor, Sven Jonsson, who has been God's healing instrument for both Will and me for many years now.
