Baby Zuchini: some thing new


Have you ever seen baby Zuchnis? I have not until recently.  When I first saw them at Trader Joe's I was stunned by how cute and delicious they looked.  So, I bought a few of them.  I could not figure out how to cook them so, they got spoiled and thrown away.  The other day, I bought them again. This time I cooked them on the same day I bought them.  I warmed canola oil in a trying pan, add garlic and then the Zuchinis, and 1/2 cup cold water and some tomatoes and salt.  I stir and close the lid for 5 minutes. Stir again and served them over steamed rice.  It was very very good! I learned a new thing.  LIfe is good!
