It is this monring while still dark and I was in bed I realized that I had not written my diary yesterday. I was too lazy to get up to do it. So here it is for yesterday. Quiet time with God in the morning as usual and reading of a Psalm. Psalm 7:17 I will give to the Lord the thanks due to his righteousness and sing praise to the name of hte Lord, the most high was my mantra for yesterday. After a good breakfast conversation and a devotion Will left for work early. I spent the rest of the day reading a book called "Jack by Marilynn Robinson." Suggested by my supervisor last year at my request. Interesting book about love between a black lady and and white man, sermons and pastors and church intertwine in the story. I actually cooked with great joy for the first time since my sabbatical begun. Yay!!! I Roasted a whole chicken with with dry bouquet garni in a Le Cruset dutch oven. Oh, yes- vegetables around and under the chicken too. One pot meal. A French one today. Will loved it at dinner. It made me so happy to see him enjoy my cooking. At the end of the day we bought new area rug. I will tell more about it later.
